Melts hot return material and new material with optimally combusted burner flame, synchronized with die-casting machine casting cycles. Monitors molten metal level and melts only the consumed amount.

A compact furnace body pursuing the minimum necessary. Its space-saving footprint and height offer excellent installability, increasing factory layout flexibility and visibility.

High-Performance Control System
The compact furnace body is equipped with a high-performance control system (Smart Furnace) equivalent to large-scale equipment. It synchronizes with peripheral equipment to control the furnace optimally.

High-Quality Molten Metal
Oxides generated during melting are trapped in the dross trap, allowing only clean molten metal to flow into the holding chamber. Clean molten metal produces high-quality cast products.
