Miyamoto Manufacturing's
combined technological expertise
in the latest cremation furnaces
After extensive simulations, we achieved an optimal combustion system. Today, Miyamoto Manufacturing cremation furnaces operate at crematoriums across Japan, accumulating operational data and know-how. The evolution of our cremation furnaces never stops.
Smoke-Free, Odor-Free, Pollution-Free
Not impacting the environment is a furnace manufacturer's fundamental responsibility. Through thorough pollution prevention measures and energy-saving technology, we strive to reduce environmental impact.
High-Performance Furnace Structure
High-performance ceramic refractory and insulation materials extend furnace lifespan. Combining multiple ceramic types optimally creates a compact furnace body.
Latest Burners
With the adoption of a variable flame characteristic system, the size and shape of the flame can be flexibly changed in response to changes in cremation conditions. Additionally, the combustion air piping is used as part of the furnace body structure, achieving low noise.
Fully Automatic Operation
Utilizing a control program refined through analysis of accumulated operational data, the system automatically controls factors such as temperature, furnace pressure, and air volume within the cremator. Furthermore, the furnace can be operated intuitively via a touch panel.
Preventive maintenance, remote maintenance
By analyzing cremation furnace operational data, we can create appropriate repair plans before trouble or breakdowns occur. In the event of unexpected trouble, our technicians can monitor the cremation furnace's operational status in real-time and provide remote problem-solving.
In-House Factory Production System
The cremator main body is produced entirely in-house, from assembly to trial operation. This allows for the manufacturing of high-quality products in a controlled environment, reducing production costs and shortening on-site construction time.
