Developed SDB

We developed a product that rents out a prefabricated unit building together with a cremation furnace as a set.
It can be used as a temporary crematorium when a funeral hall is rebuilt on site, or as an alternative crematorium in the event of a large-scale disaster.

Eco-SMS receives multiple awards

Equipment for melting aluminum alloy machining chips. It quickly immerses lightweight, easily oxidized material into the molten metal. A rotating permanent magnet generates a magnetic field that creates flow in the molten metal. Its simple structure makes parts replacement easy, requires no cooling water, and reduces power consumption.

Developed the HSC-SS type cremation furnace

Developed a specialized system for upgrading cremation furnace equipment without altering the existing crematorium structure.
HSC-SS (short for High Specification Ceramic furnace; SS indicates the size)

Developed the Mecs cremation furnace

We completely renewed our conventional cremation furnace equipment, adopting the Mecs cremation furnace as the standard type.
An original furnace shape developed jointly by industry and academia, offering both compactness and high environmental performance.
Featuring the industry's first ceramic block, achieving lighter weight and easier maintenance.

We aggregate and accumulate all operational data to perform precise maintenance.

DMF receives the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award

Jointly developed by DENSO Corporation, Toyo Machinery & Metal Co., Ltd., and Miyamoto Manufacturing Co., Ltd.,
DMF received the "Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award" at the 8th New Machinery Promotion Awards.

As a die-casting system one-third the overall size of conventional systems and with two-fifths the CO2 emissions, it received the "Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award" at the 8th New Machinery Promotion Awards.

Regenerative burner aluminum melting furnace delivered

By using a regenerative burner, it delivers greater energy savings than conventional combustion systems and stabilizes the in-furnace temperature through the stirring of the furnace atmosphere.

The world's first non-contact molten metal stirring device, it enables fully unmanned operation, requires no consumables, and melts machining chips with a high yield.

Commencement of Cooling Antechamber Installation

Designed a respectful farewell space that considers the feelings of bereaved families, allowing final moments without directly viewing the inside of the cremation furnace.

Expanded into aluminum industrial furnaces

Delivered aluminum melting furnaces and slab heating furnaces.
It spread to a wide range of manufacturers across Toyama Prefecture.

Delivered first furnace: "Bogie-type steel heating furnace"

The first industrial furnace undertaken by Miyamoto Manufacturing as a furnace manufacturer.
It achieves high efficiency through heavy-oil compatibility and the convenience of single-switch operation.
