This time, details regarding the design concept and latest facilities of our new headquarters building, which we are constructing with the aim of completion in October 2027, were published in various newspapers on May 22nd.
The new office building is based on the concepts of a "stimulating office" and an "office that is kind to people and the planet."
By consolidating departments that were previously spread across multiple floors into a single floor, we have created an environment that promotes stronger inter-departmental collaboration and communication, fostering new technological innovation.
Furthermore, it balances high levels of environmental performance and safety, and also serves as a base supporting contributions to the local community.

- Environment and Safety Performance
- Acquired the energy-saving system "ZEB Ready." Furthermore, secured the highest level of seismic resistance.
- Community Contribution and Educational Support
- Establishment of an open space that can be used by local residents and functions as an evacuation site during disasters.
- We introduced the digital globe "Sphere" to provide learning opportunities for local elementary and junior high school students.
- Design:
- A warm design combining a glass exterior with wood. It will be illuminated at night, aiming to become a new symbol for the north side of Toyama Station.

- 1st Floor: Meeting Room, Presentation Room
- 2nd Floor: Office Floor (Consolidating departments to invigorate interaction)
- 3rd Floor: Executive Floor, Cafe Terrace, Library, Multipurpose Hall
- 4th Floor: Outdoor terrace offering panoramic views of the Tateyama mountain range and cherry blossom-lined street
