\u2014 Overview of the awarded technology \u2014<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In large die-casting lines for automobiles, the \"centralized melting system\" that supplies multiple die-casting machines has long been the standard, with high energy consumption as a key challenge.
This technology adopts a method in which a downsized, higher-performance furnace serves each die-casting machine individually, cutting energy consumption by approximately 50% compared with conventional systems.
Advanced, enhanced control technology also enables compatibility with gigacasting and next-generation fuels such as hydrogen, biofuel, and synthetic gas, promising contributions to economically viable carbon neutrality.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
